Bollywood action star Tiger Shroff has successfully sold his premium residential property in Pune for ₹8.87 crore, marking a significant profit in just over two years. The 4,248-square-foot apartment, located in the prestigious Yoo Pune project in Hadapsar, was originally purchased by the actor in March 2024 for ₹7.5 crore, resulting in an appreciation of more than 18%.
The property, developed by Panchshil Realty, had been a lucrative investment for Shroff; immediately after his purchase in 2024, he leased the space to a private beverage firm for a monthly rental of ₹3.5 lakh. This sale follows his recent real estate activity in Mumbai, where he also sold a high-value apartment in Khar for over ₹15 crore, further solidifying his reputation as a savvy investor in the luxury real estate market.
